You can cancel your booking through our platform. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking. Eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of your cancellation and the specific service terms. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on professional availability.

4. Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that a service provider needs to cancel, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
